At NWH we aim to provide a comprehensive rent service for all our customers.

Should you have any queries about your rent/benefits or any debt problems please contact us as we are here to help and assist you.  If we can't help we can refer you to an outside agency suitable for your particular needs or advise on the best websites or agencies to contact.

If you find yourself unable to pay your rent, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible.  We will help you assess the situation and advise you accordingly.  If you are in receipt of any benefits, we can check that these are correct and that you are getting enough money.  Our main aim is to prevent arrears before they come unmanageable by co-operating with each other.

Unfortunately, when this co-operation isn't possible we occasionally have to ask the County Courts for possession of properties.  This is the 'last resort' and will only be used when all other avenues have been explored and exhausted.

North Wales Housing is improving communication with its tenants and residents.  The Incomes Team will be contacting you during evenings and weekends to discuss any queries that you may have paying your rent and offering you the opportunity to pay over the phone.
