Definition of Rechargeable Repairs

Caused by damage to fixtures and fittings internally and externally by a tenant, member of the tenant’s household or any visitor to the tenants property that cannot be attributed to fair wear and tear through the duration of their tenancy - this also includes damage caused by their pets
Repairs that may be classed as the tenant’s responsibility, but NWH have agreed to carry out the repair because of health and safety/emergency considerations or further damage to the property may incur should the tenant fail to carry out the repair.
