ROK - News Update
Following the announcement yesterday (8 November) that ROK has decided to put the company into administration, we are now working to ensure that there is continuity of service for all our residents directly affected by this action.
ROK were contracted to provide our Reactive Repairs service in Conwy, the Gas servicing in Conwy, some planned kitchen replacements and the Out of Hours service.
In the short term, North Wales Housing is using other contractors to cover these areas. We are discussing with ROK what the likely outcomes are if the company is sold and putting in place new arrangements that are in the best interests of NWH and its residents.
