You can report all your repairs direct from your own home by telephone, email or online. Either way, one of our professional repairs advisers will be pleased to talk to you about what needs doing and let you know how quickly it will be done.
When you report a repair, please be ready to provide the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your contact telephone number
- Times when someone will be at home to provide access for our trades people
- As much information about the problem as possible (View our Repairs Reporting Guide)
- Whether you have reported the problem before.

If you live in a property with a Warden or Scheme Manager you may report the repair to them.

If you cannot access water, or the property is in danger of flooding please ring 0800 052 0130. If your Electricity has completely shut down please ring 0845 2727999 for advice.
