- External doors and windows (not re-glazing unless a crime number has been provided and a statement made to confirm that the tenant, or member of family or visitor, has not caused the damage)
- Skirting boards, plasterwork (not narrow cracks or small holes)
- Chimneys, chimney stacks and gas fires
- Boundary walls and fences
- Pathways, steps or other means of escape
- Garages and stores included with the premises (not sheds)
- Lifts and adaptations for the disabled that have been installed by us
- Tree maintenance
- Communal aerials
- In addition, we will make good, as far as possible, any areas disturbed by repair work.?
