North Wales Housing

North Wales Housing offers flats and houses for vulnerable people who have supported needs. The accommodation is up to a maximum of two years with the view to moving to your own independent accommodation eventually. Supported Housing Officers will give the necessary support to enable you to manage your own tenancy. If you are offered accommodation through the Dispersed Scheme, you must participate in a support plan to help you manage your tenancy.
