What is anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour is behaviour which is capable of causing harassment, alarm or distress to a person in a different household from the complainant, and which is related to the housing management role of a landlord.

The list below provides some examples of behaviour that could be considered anti-social:

• Noise nuisance, to include rowdy drunken behaviour
• Intimidation and harassment
• Dogs fouling in public areas
• Using homes to sell drugs, or for other unlawful purposes
• Nuisance from vehicles, including inconsiderate parking and abandoned cars.
