Tenant engagement is very important to NWH and your input is vital in making sure that we are providing the best possible services to meet ALL tenants needs.

NWH recognises the need to engage with tenants and involve them in decisions about their housing, and understands the added value this will bring, not only to NWH, but to the community as a whole. NWH’s aim is to build a full working partnership between tenants and the association to ensure we provide a quality housing service, which is driven by and focused on tenants’ identified priorities. NWH encourages all tenants to become included at a level which suits them, however big or small that involvement may be; your opinion matters!!!!

Why get involved?

• It enables you to have a real say in your housing services and play a part in decisions that affect your home and the area you live.
• You can learn new skills.
• You can meet other residents and take part in new activities! You may even have fun!!!
• It can be very satisfying being part of, and achieving things that can really benefit your community, and seeing the ideas and concerns you have raised put in to practice to benefit a wide range of people.
