North Wales Housing’s very own Viv Perry has been appointed Mayor of Colwyn Bay.

This recent development follows on from Viv’s previously held position of Deputy Mayor, taking on her new role for the coming 12 months.

North Wales Housing has carried out a major refurbishment programme at a once abandoned home in Pensarn, Abergele, fitting out and improving the bungalow on Lon y Cyll for a disabled mother and her family.

A regular ‘dress down Friday’ event at North Wales Housing where staff contribute £1 each to dress down has culminated in a cheque presentation to SANDS charity totalling £420.

North Wales Housing staff marked a further year in the development of the organisation with an Olympic themed Staff Conference where they were joined by former 400m world champion and Olympian Derek Redmond who acted as Guest Speaker.
