Just before Christmas we uploaded a new video onto the website which shows you lots of things you can do to make sure that you stay warm this winter without wasting energy.

The video is packed with really helpful information provided by the Energy Saving Trust which will help you to save energy and save money at the same time.

There is lots of information to help you understand more about boilers and central heating systems, heating controls and thermostats, insulation, condensation and lighting among other things.

All of these things can have a big impact on your fuel bills so it’s worth knowing how to get the best out of them.

The video is in the Tenant Zone – click on the Tenant Zone tab and scroll down to “Tenants only”.

You will be asked for a username which is nwhtenant and a password which can be found in the January page of the Calendar.
