The North Wales Housing Tenant Portal has been given a new name and a new lease of life! My NWH, previously known as NWHInteractive, is now responsive, which means you can access and manage your account from your phone, tablet, laptop or PC 27/7.

The changes don’t stop there! It now also allows you to…

  • View your tenancy details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Report and track Repairs
  • Pay your rent using Allpay
  • Get in touch with us
  • View and print a copy of your rent account statement
  • Update your contact details and your communication preferences

If you are already registered to ‘NWH Interactive’, your log in details will stay the same and you can log into your account hereor the My NWH button from each web page.

Those who aren’t signed up will be sent a letter addressed to the main tenants with your details soon.
