Void management was identified as a key priority for 2010-11 and improvements have been achieved in both general needs and supported housing.
Over 2010/11 180 units of general needs accommodation and 157 units of supported accommodation were let. This included 22 new build extra care units in Conwy, 24 new build general needs units in Gwynedd, 12 in Conwy and 3 in Denbighshire.
