About Us

North Wales Housing was formed in 1974, and is a modern, dynamic organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people in need across North Wales. We are committed to providing homes people love to live in, and to supporting communities people love to be part of.

We provide homes and services to around 2,220 households, and employ over 130 dedicated people across the organisation.

We have an annual turnover of around £9 million, with governance provided through a voluntary Board of Management, at least 25% of whom are tenants. Chief Executive, Paul Diggory, leads an experienced Corporate Management Team.

Our values are centred on people and were chosen to engage, motivate and inspire our workforce.
