Meet The Team

Paul Diggory - Chief Executive.

Paul Diggory has been Chief Executive of North Wales Housing since November 2000. Amongst his key roles are to provide leadership to the organisation, to develop strategic direction and to work closely with the Board to ensure effective governance. Paul is also helping to deliver change in a strategic regeneration area as a member of the North Wales Coast Partnership Board.

Apart from a spell with Telford Development Corporation, Paul’s career has taken in local authorities at Wrekin, Chester, Delyn and Conwy.

For 2007-08 Paul was elected President of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). He served their National Council and the CIH Cymru Board for some years, was an original member of the HouseMark Validation Panel for good practice and an external examiner for Cardiff University from 2004-06.

Paul is currently a member of the CIH International Board and has spoken at housing events throughout the UK and internationally.

Yvonne Wilkinson - Resources Director

Yvonne Wilkinson has been with North Wales Housing since 1991 and has been the Resources Director since 2001. She is responsible for the Finance, Personnel, Business Improvement and IT functions of the organisation.

Prior to joining North Wales Housing she has had experience in banking, manufacturing and local accountancy practices.

Yvonne is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
