If your home no longer meets your needs you can apply to be considered for another property or find someone to swap homes with.
There are a number of ways you can do this:
Exchange with another North Wales Housing tenant
If you are a North Wales Housing tenant you may have the right to exchange homes with another North Wales Housing tenant. You can advertise your current home and the type of property you want by completing this form which will be included in the Exchange Register displayed in the Reception area in our offices.
