Anti-social Behaviour
What is anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour is behaviour which is capable of causing harassment, alarm or distress to a person in a different household from the complainant, and which is related to the housing management role of a landlord.
The list below provides some examples of behaviour that could be considered anti-social:
- Noise nuisance, to include rowdy drunken behaviour
- Intimidation and harassment
- Dogs fouling in public areas
- Using homes to sell drugs, or for other unlawful purposes
- Nuisance from vehicles, including inconsiderate parking and abandoned cars.
