There are different types of Low Cost Home Ownership. This part of the site provides information about the various types and explains how each scheme works, what is involved and what to do if you would like to buy a home through one of these schemes.

If you wish to buy anywhere within the Conwy County area, please complete an application form for Conwy Council's First Steps Register (as this is a different form to NWH's form).

Conwy Council have set up a common waiting list with applicants details being made available to all housing associations that cover the Conwy County area. Please telephone the relevant telephone number below to request an application pack.

However, if you live or wish to live anywhere else, ie. Gwynedd or Ynys Mon etc then please download and complete this application form and return it North Wales Housing.
