Paying For Your Home

Now that you have your home with North Wales Housing, it's important that you keep up-to-date with your rent payments. Our Incomes Team is here to make sure that our tenants pay their rent on time and provide help and support for people in financial difficulty or can assist you in budgeting.

There are lots of ways to pay your rent, including Direct Debit, Allpay payment card, website to name just a few - click on the link above for more details.

You may be entitled to help with paying your rent. Contact your Rent Management Officer who will talk with you about it. They can advise on your likely benefit entitlement and also help you to fill in a Housing Benefit application form.

Don't wait to contact us if you are experiencing financial difficulties or are struggling to make your payments. There are lots of things the Incomes Team can do to help you, before the situation becomes worse.

North Wales Housing is improving communication with its tenants and residents. The Incomes Team will be contacting you during evenings and weekends to discuss any queries that you may have paying your rent and offering you the opportunity to pay over the phone. Please read this letter from the Incomes Team for more information.
