How To Pay Your Rent

There are a number of ways in which you can pay your rent and listed below are the most common:

  • Direct Debit - can be paid weekly, fortnightly, monthly or 4 weekly. This is probably the easiest way to pay. We'll send you a form, send it back and we'll do the rest
  • Allpay payment card - paid at any post office, Paypoint outlets eg. Londis, Spar, Garages etc
  • Over the phone by using your payment card, call 0870 770 0472 use your debit/credit card
  • Over the phone or by visiting our Bangor Office 01248 370 227 or call in and pay by cash/cheque or use your debit/credit card
  • In person or by sending in a cheque to our offices in Plas Blodwel -cheques should be made payable to North Wales Housing Associated Limited.
  • Internet - through our website www.nwha.org.uk and by clicking onto Allpay www.allpayments.net
  • Housing Benefit (please contact your Rent Management Officer for more details or assistance in filling in a form or by contacting your local authority)
  • If you are in receipt of certain benefits and in arrears with your rent you can ask the Job Centre Plus for 3rd party deductions to be paid directly to us.
