Working in Partnership
North Wales Housing has developed partnership-working arrangements with agencies for the benefit of service users for over twenty years. This collaborative approach has enabled us to offer our service users the highest quality accommodation and support services.
Currently, North Wales Housing's Supported Housing has over forty agency partnership projects across North Wales, where we provide the accommodation and landlord services, and the partnership agency provide the care and support to users.
The projects are shared homes with other users, with support workers assisting with daily living. Many of the service users have complex support needs such as mental health issues, learning difficulties or physical difficulties. The projects are individually designed to meet the needs of service users and the necessary adaptations will be made to the properties to enable the people to get the maximum benefit from their homes.
North Wales Housing currently works with a number of partner agencies across North Wales, which include:
- Social Services
- NACRO (National Care and Resettlement of Offenders)
- CAIS Drug and Alcohol Agency
- Women's Aid
- Youth Justice Service.
