North Wales Housing has achieved a new Neighbourhoods Accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
As one of only 10 other housing associations involved in the project, North Wales Housing was at the forefront of a sector leading project to improve neighbourhood working facilitated by CIH consultancy.
The accreditation demonstrates North Wales Housing’s commitment to the highest levels of service and best practice. The new Charter puts the spotlight on how effectively providers focus their resources to deliver the best possible mix of housing, neighbourhood and asset services for each area.
