Neighbourhood Officer (Wrexham, Flintshire)

Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday and Friday
Role Profile
Due to the recent expansion of our housing stock in the East, we are looking for a candidate with strong local knowledge of Wrexham and Flintshire to effectively engage with our communities and stakeholders.
Our properties span across North Wales, and we are seeking a motivated individual who is prepared to work on various aspects across housing management functions. This includes providing support and enforcement to address anti-social behaviour, conducting scheme inspections and gas access visits, and handling matters related to occupation contracts.
