This option involves an applicant purchasing up to 70% of the value of a property through mortgage capital with the remaining being an interest free loan from North Wales Housing, this loan is repayable only when an owner sells the property or when the owner decides to pay off the loan and own the property outright. The loan value is based on the value of the property at the time the freeholder decides to pay the loan off. There is no rent payable on the remaining percentage.
