Care and Support

There is total flexibility in the care we provide. We encourage residents to live a full and active life and a personalised plan of care and support, should it be required, will be tailored to help you to live as independently as possible in the way you choose. The experienced care team are on site 24-hours a day and a community alarm link with 24-hour support is also available.

Delightful Location

Hafod Y Parc is located in a beautiful and quiet park setting just off the A55 in Abergele which is a small coastal town on the North Wales coast. Once a Roman trading port, it is now best known for its miles of beautiful white sands. “Aber” means estuary and “Gele” is the name of the river which runs through the town, hence its name.

Abergele has several sites of historical interest, including two Iron Age hill forts at Castell Cawr. It makes a great base from which to explore the North Wales coast, providing all the charm of a small community.

Whilst close to the beach and countryside, Abergele has a full range of local shops including a large supermarket. It also has a library, swimming/sports centre, college, train station, hospital and is all on level ground making it popular for the elderly and retirement homes.

Lifestyle

Being able to take part in leisure activities is very important to everyone’s wellbeing. At Hafod y Parc, there is an impressive range of facilities to enjoy, and a regular programme of events catering for a variety of interests.

The development also offers:

  • Hair salon
  • Assisted and a pamper bathroom
  • Laundry room
  • Guest bedroom suite for family and friends
  • Scooter Store

This lovely scheme will provide a great environment for making new friends, entertaining your family and friends, or just to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
