At North Wales Housing, we want to be at the forefront of delivering sustainable services based on customers’ needs through engaging technology and new ways of working. To ensure we do this, we have launched a programme, ‘Changing the way we work’.
As part of the programme, we aim to:
- Understand our customers better so we can provide better services.
- Increase staff efficiency through mobile working.
- Increase the number of on-line services available, allowing us to offer cost effective and accessible services.
- Increase our engagement with our customers and stakeholders through social media.
- Reduce the amount of paper that we use.
- Manage our electronic files better.
- Continue to develop our IT provision for the future.
- Continually improve what we do.
