We want to put our tenants at the heart of everything we do… Get involved and have a say on how North Wales Housing is run!

Why get involved?

  • Have a real say in your housing services and play a part in decisions that affect your home and the area you live
  • You can learn new skills
  • You can meet other residents and take part in new activities – you may even have fun!
  • See the ideas and concerns you raised put in to practice to benefit a wide range of people
  • Get to know North Wales Housing staff and put a face to the name

Tenants & Communities Panel

The Panel consist of Board members, tenants and staff, and meets every two months (currently via video chat due to Covid 19). The Panel has this responsibility for scrutinising our services and performance to ensure all residents receive the highest possible standards of service.

Full support and training will be given to new members.

Tenants Forum

The Forum will meet with North Wales Housing staff, and provide you with an opportunity to obtain information, and influence our decision making.

We will aim to dedicate each meeting to a particular topic, allowing members to learn more about North Wales Housing, and provide input and feedback to improve the services we provide.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions we are looking to hold these meetings via video chat. Full support will be given to interested tenants in joining these meetings
