Happy 104th Birthday Mr Jones
Llys y Coed resident Mr Jones celebrated his 104th birthday on Wednesday 22nd March.
Scheme Manager Cheryl Haggas and fellow residents helped him celebrate in style at a special birthday party at the Extra Care scheme in Llanfarfechan.
Ysgol Babanod Llanfairfechan sang happy birthday to Mr Jones before tucking into an afternoon tea and special birthday cake.
