We need your input!

We want to put tenants at the heart of everything we do. To do that we need as many tenants as possible to get involved and have their say on how North Wales Housing is run.

How can you provide your input?

Join our Residents’ Advisory Panel or Sounding Board

What is the Residents’ Advisory Panel?

The Residents’ Advisory Pane is a group of North Wales Housing residents with responsibility for reviewing and monitoring our services and performance to ensure all residents receive the highest possible standards of service.

The panel meet every two months and full training and support is provided along with travel expenses.

Being a member of the Panel is a real opportunity to voice your opinion and influence how North Wales Housing is run. The panel are a friendly and welcoming group so we think you’ll have fun!

What is the Sounding Board?

This is a database of tenants who are interested acting as a ‘reader’ of leaflets, forms, policies etc. and providing feedback.

By being a member you will be able to take part in occasional surveys, focus groups, and hear about new ways of getting involved as they develop.

When taking part you also enter prize draws to win some high street vouchers!
