Welcome to North Wales Housing’s Self-Evaluation for 2024. With the help of residents, service users, staff, the Board, and key partners, we have developed this Self-Evaluation to demonstrate our compliance with the Regulatory Framework for Housing Associations Registered in Wales.
The Self-Evaluation reviews and assesses compliance with our governance, risk management, quality of services, financial performance and more. Although this document forms part of our regulatory compliance, we see it as an excellent opportunity to highlight some of the work we have done and our achievements.
