As a Registered Social Landlord, North Wales Housing (NWH) is regulated by the Welsh Government Regulatory Team.
The Welsh Government has issued guidance that sets out the objectives that each Housing Association is expected to provide, which relates to housing services, governance and financial management. They state that they expect us to deliver in 9 key areas in order be effective as a social landlord.
We are pleased to report that for the 2021/22 financial year, our Regulatory Judgement has been confirmed as “Compliant” for both Governance and Tenant Services, and Financial Viability.
