From time to time we host tenant competitions, to celebrate community spirit and encourage tenant involvement. Few of the competitions we regularly run are:
Gardening competition 2023
A competition for the green fingered, it celebrates the hard work residents put into their gardens, giving residents that added incentive to take care of your homes. With categories such as best garden, most improved, best container garden and best kept communal space/garden, there’s something for everyone.

Good Neighbours Award
The popular competition pays tribute to North Wales Housing tenants who have made a significant difference to the lives of their neighbours. Celebrating community spirit, the competition was in its third year in 2020, and Geoff Uttley of Llys y Coed and Jean Hayward of Hafod y Parc were crowned winners.
