North Wales aren’t just about the houses we provide, we also care about the communities and neighbourhoods that surround our homes.
We are working hard to improve neighbourhoods, one example of this is the Y Wal project in Llandudno, developing wildflower gardens and organising community events.
There is a Neighbourhood Team who look after you and your communities; you can meet them here. Make an appointment and they’ll either come to you or meet you in our office. Information here.

Want help developing your community? The North Wales Housing Community Fund has been developed to provide funds to assist voluntary, community, recreational or residents’ groups that are based in the counties of Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey.
