An important step on the journey to become a genuinely sustainable organisation was achieving a Silver SHIFT award (Sustainable Homes Index for Tomorrow) in November 2014, a government endorsed benchmarking scheme which analyses the environmental performance of housing associations. We were awarded Silver again in 2016.
