Rakes and Ladders are North Wales Housing’s in-house grounds maintenance team.
Launched in October 2014, the service was brought in house as part of North Wales Housing’s commitment to improving the service provision to tenants, and delivering a more customer focused approach.
The Team deliver a range of gardening, grounds maintenance, and other
property maintenance services to tenants of the association across North Wales.
The service will be based on 20 visits to each site per year for all sites that require grass to be maintained. This is based on 16 summer visits from March to October inclusive and 4 winter visits November to February. Sites which do not require grass to be maintained will receive 12 visits per year, 1 per month.
