North Wales have a number of Homelessness Services that help people who are homeless, or threatened with homelessness.
Our Outreach and Resettlement Team are on hand to provide housing advice and support finding and maintaining accommodation. The Team support people who have complex needs and work with street homeless who have difficulty finding and maintaining their tenancy.
We also have homeless hostels across North Wales providing support to help vulnerable people live independently and move on to their own accommodation. St Mary’s hostel in Bangor offers advice, support and in extreme circumstances, emergency provisions to those who are street homeless, are vulnerably housed or at risk of losing their tenancy/ accommodation.
If you or someone you know are homeless, or threatened with becoming homeless, contact us by emailing [email protected], visiting our Bangor Office or calling 01492 572727.
