Extra Care Housing could be the key to independent living with care for those aged over 55 (over 60 in Conwy).
We welcome residents with a range of needs, from those who require a little extra security, reassurance or help or care, to those who are very frail and will benefit fully from all the services we can offer.
Residents will be supported in a way that enables them to stay independent for longer. They can move in as a single person or with their partner, and will have their own apartment.
Each scheme offers a range of shared facilities such as communal lounge areas and gardens, as well as a guest room for family and friends. There are optional social activities on offer, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy new or existing hobbies and socialise. Schemes are supported by a Scheme Manager Monday – Friday and all schemes have a 24-hour emergency alarm and secure door entry system.
Ultimately, it is their own home, and they remain in control of their finances, privacy, structure of your day, in short… Everything that you value. We’re just here to give the Extra Care to help them do it.
