You can report all your repairs direct from your own home by telephone, email or online. Either way, one of our professional repairs advisers will be pleased to talk to you about what needs doing and let you know how quickly it will be done.

My NWH is North Wales Housing’s tenant portal, where you can view and update details about your account as well as log and track repairs. Logging repairs here will give you a trackable job number and you can view updates about your repair.
