Welcome to the new North Wales Housing website! It’s been a lot of hard work but here it is at last.

Thank you everyone who contributed during the consultations, helped with the content and test the website.

You will see snippets of suggested features throughout this site. We haven’t been able to do everything though due to limited resources. But the website is ‘work in progress’; it will evolve over time and please keep the feedback and suggestions coming.

So what’s what and where’s everything? Here goes…

  • About Us – an intro into everything North Wales Housing, meet the Management Team and Board, how we’re performing and updates on our charity work (we’re also particularly proud of the ‘About Us video, have a look).
  • Find a Home – This section is for those looking to find a new home, explaining the application process depending on where you live. It also tells you a bit about our wide range of homes and the additional services we offer e.g. Supported Housing and homelessness service.
  • Your Home – Everything an existing tenant needs, from repairs, help on paying your rent and a little help in ‘Help and Support’.
  • News and Events – Exactly what it says on the tin. But it’s not just North Wales Housing events, we’re trying to include more community events. This is also where Clwb Seren, our tenant newsletter lives.
  • Careers – This section tells you a bit more about life working at North Wales Housing and what it’s like to work here (another video!). And this is where you’ll find a a list of Current Vacancies of course.
  • Get Involved – We want our tenants to get involved as much as you can. We want you to tell us what you want, what we’re doing right (or wrong). This section outlines how you can get involved.
  • Contact Us – An up to date list of how you can get in touch with us. And the all-important social media links (we’re new to Instagram, follow us, please?!).

There are a few other features in this site that are new – the blog, events gallery to name a few.
