We will be carrying out a survey starting this October to find out how satisfied our residents are with North Wales Housing. This will cover all service areas and will help shape and improve the services offered by us.

This survey will be carried out by a company called ‘ARP Research’ on our behalf. You may be contacted by them via text, email or post, depending on the method selected during a recent Tenant Profiling exercise.
