What is Tenant Participation?
Tenant participation occurs when social landlords share information, ideas and decision making with tenants’ working with them to agree:
- how their homes and local environment should be managed
- what services and service improvements are needed
- how we can work together to achieve these
The North Wales Housing Photography competition has taken place for the second year running this November. This year’s theme was ‘Caught your eye’ and inspiration caught your eye everywhere – from the seaside, animals and at gardens across North Wales.
The judges have met and deliberated and the winners can now be revealed.
1. Mitzi, Bae Colwyn
2. Anne Clegg, Hafod y Parc, Abergele
And joint 3rd were:
3. Rachael Roberts, Rhiw Bank Terrace, Colwyn Bay
3. Debbie Scotson, Maes Derw, Llandudno Junction
Well done to the winners! And thank you everyone who entered; we had some great entries and it make the judges decisions extremely hard!
This year we have held a gardening and photography completion. If you have any ideas on any competitions or initiatives you would like to see NWH provide please contact Iwan on 01492 563232 or [email protected].
